Multiple clamping possibilities with a simple approach

OK-Vise® Multi-Rail System adapts easily to various workpiece sizes, and the components of these systems can be reused and reconfigured quickly and easily for a variety of applications and workpieces. This means lower costs in fixtures and more flexibility in production. The system also enables multiple clamping (the clamping of multiple workpieces simultaneously), while being equally well suited for securing single workpieces when needed.

The system adapts to all possible workholding platforms like T-slot, blank, and grid platform. The size is selectable from three different categories: low, medium, and high.

Thanks to the OK-VISE low-profile clamp and steep serration profile in base rails, the system can deliver clamping forces of up to 10 metric tons, with accuracy reaching as high as 10 microns.
