Multi-Rail RL
Description
Flexible multi-clamping vise system for higher productivity. Multi-Rail RL adapts easily to various workpiece sizes, and the components of these systems can be reused and reconfigured quickly and easily for a variety of applications and workpieces.
Technical data
- Structure: two individual pieces forming one rail
- Height: 25 mm
- Compatible with B- and D-series clamp modules
- Uses the same mounting modules as the RM rail
- Maximum clamping force: up to 6 tons

Notes
- Nominal serration spacing is 2.50015 mm; for example, 200 serrations correspond to a nominal spacing of 500.030 mm. This value should be accounted for when programming stopper positions.

The first locator hole can be used as a reference point for positioning or CAM programming.
