OK-VISE building dedicated fixtures.

OK-VISE ® Blank System is a versatile and efficient solution for production when specialized fixtures are needed.

The system is based on the use of blank plates, such as aluminum or steel, which serve as a platform to build the fixture with a selection of clamp modules, stopper modules, and other components to accommodate different fixturing needs and ensure secure clamping, even with high machining forces.

Even if modular workholding is increasingly popular, for workpieces with complex shapes or when large volumes of same shaped workpieces are machined the OK-VISE Blank System is a perfect option.

Building a specialized fixture with Blank System components

1. Subplate

You can either machine the subplate yourself or send us the parameters and we send you the ready-made machined plate. Pictures of the pockets are available in the installation instructions.

2. Insert the fixture modules

You can find a variety of fixture clamps, stop modules, risers and side guides from OK-VISE range.

3. clamp the workpiece(s)

After the installation of fixture modules, the workpiece is ready to be clamped. With the system, even the most complex workpieces can be clamped.
