Multi-Rail RM

Description

Flexible multi-clamping system for higher productivity. Multi-Rail RM adapts easily to various workpiece sizes, and the components can be reused and reconfigured quickly and easily for a variety of applications and workpieces.

  • Compatible with D- and B-series clamp modules
  • Maximum clamping force: up to 6 metric tons (60 kN)
  • Serration pitch: 2.5 mm
  • Profile size: 44 × 50 mm
  • Available rail lengths: 100–850 mm (standard)
  • Accuracy (serration to positioning hole): ±0.01 mm (up to RM-700)

In addition to the predefined sets available on this product page, customized setups can be created by combining different modules from the Multi-Rail product family. This allows the rail configuration to be adapted to specific workpiece sizes and clamping requirements.

Notes

  • Nominal serration spacing is 2.50015 mm; for example, 200 serrations correspond to a nominal spacing of 500.030 mm. This value should be accounted for when programming stopper positions.
  • The first locator hole can be used as a reference point for positioning or CAM programming.
