The size of the RM profile is 44 x 50 mm.
The accuracy of the serration dimensions is ± 0.01 mm ( RM-200….RM-700 base rails ).

The nominal spacing of the serrations in the Multi-Rail System is 2.50015 mm. This means that, for example, the nominal distance between 200 serrations is 200 x 2.50015 mm = 500.030 mm. This must be taken into account when creating CAM programs using calculated stopper locations.

Please also notice, that the first locator hole can be used here as a reference.

Multi-Rail RM base rail can be installed on many different platform types. The most common are grid-, blank- and a t-slot platform. The base rail is installed on workholding platform in most cases using bolts – the rails have two 12 mm H7 locating holes for shoulder bolts while other installation bolts can be standard M12 bolts.
