Knife edge grip model

Our knife edge grip low-profile clamps posses one or two serrated knife edge jaws. 

When the friction offered by serrated jaws is not enough for your application, then the knife edge grip model is the way to go. The jaws of this workholding clamp press into the workpiece, so there is a very high friction and practically a form closure between the workpiece and the clamp.

We recommend using this model when:

• Aluminum workpieces are clamped

• You need high friction between the workpiece and the workholding clamp

• It doesn’t matter that the clamp leaves a mark on the workpiece.
