OK-VISE releases new products for 2024
We’re excited to announce that, starting today, a new three-directional clamp with accessories is available for order! This clamp expands the possibilities for building versatile fixtures with OK-VISE clamping systems. The latest additions to our product line include:

DK3-VT-M1 – Three directional clamp for ID clamping
We have received many requests for an ID clamp with a longer stroke length than what is currently available on the market. So, we sat down at our design tables, and here is the result: the DK3 ID clamp, offering an 8 mm diameter expansion. You can use it either as a floating clamp for your workpiece or as a coaxial clamp (DK3-VTC) for precise locating. This clamp is now available with machinable jaws (M1), in which we also offer a milling jig (TPDK3-1) for easy customization. The user machines soft jaws to match the bore of the part ensuring a proper fit.
DK3-VTC-M1 – Coaxial clamp
The DK3-VTC clamp is essentially the same as the DK3-VT, but it includes our SGB-65A guide bolt set, providing a coaxial feature. You can order these separately or together in the same package. The guide bolt set is easy to remove and reinstall as needed.
SGB-65A – Guide bolt set
This set include two bushings and a shoulder bolt. It is used to provide a coaxial feature for DK3 clamp.
TPDK3-1 – Milling jig
This milling jig is used as a assist device for machining DK3 jaws. The jig plate secures the jaws in place while they are machined to match the dimension of the bore in the workpiece.
